Meet the team

Born in Zimbabwe, I qualified there in 1992 and moved with my wife to the UK in 1998. I have been working in small animal practice since and enjoy spoiling the animals at consult time, when they will let me. At home I have a grumpy old cat, a pansy of a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and two kids who have grown up too quickly!

I joined the Thurrock team as a veterinary surgeon in July, 2020. So far I’ve been enjoying meeting new people, sharing stories, having a good laugh and seeing our patients get better after every visit. My personal goal is to secure welfare of our dear pets, and my professional goal is to become a certified veterinary cardiologist.

I have worked for Vets4Pets since 2013 where I started at Pipps Hill. I qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in 2019.
I have a keen interest in surgery and anaesthesia recently starting a certificate in this.
I have recently joined Thurrock as the Head Nurse.
I have a German Shepherd, a parrot, cats and rabbits.

I joined Vets4Pets in Thurrock in August 2020, I am a Student Veterinary Nurse studying at the College of Animal Welfare, currently in my final year. I have always wanted to work with animals, and now I can fulfil my dreams of becoming a Registered Veterinary Nurse. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family and friends, playing with my crazy Cocker Spaniel.

I joined Vets4pets as a full time receptionist in April 2019. The animal industry is a big interest of mine and always has been since I was young. It’s truly fascinating seeing so many different animals on a day-to-day basis that each have their own personalities, just like humans. I’m currently doing an Animal Care Level 2 and Animal Behaviour Level 3 online course and aspire to learn and progress into becoming a veterinary nurse. I have a gorgeous cat named Samson and he’s the funniest cat you’ll ever meet! He’s a cheeky monkey, but what’s the point in having a pet if they’re not a little cheeky?

I joined Vets4Pets Thurrock in February 2020 as a full time receptionist. Animals have been a big passion of mine since I was very young, and I have always dreamed of working within the animal industry. I have recently completed the level 3 Diploma in Animal Management at Writtle University College, and I am now working towards a level 3 diploma in Dog grooming. I love learning new things and meeting customers with they’re fur babies. Outside of work and college, my hobbies include photography, movies, makeup and spending time with family. My favourite pet would be dogs, I have two chihuahuas myself and although being tiny, they’re personalities are huge! They truly are a mans best friend.

I’ve recently joined the Thurrock practice on reception. I have worked within the veterinary world for the past six years and I have loved meeting all the pets and their owners.
I have always loved animals and three little Bichon Frise dogs were a massive part of my life. After losing these three dogs to old age (one of my boys was almost 18 years old) I vowed never to have another dog.
I spent time pet sitting family and friends dogs and during lockdown of 2020, I fostered an abandoned puppy who was found dumped in a box with his litter mates. I saw him go from skinny and shy to this bounding full of life, healthy and happy puppy... I failed at fostering him and he became officially adopted three months later!!!
Vets4Pets Thurrock is committed to bringing you affordable, high quality care via a modern, well equipped practice, including a lab, pharmacy, digital x-ray and ultrasound. Plus, on site car parking too!
The friendly team can't wait to meet all of their new clients!
