In 2015 I graduated from the University of Forestry in Bulgaria and I hold a Masters Degree in Veterinary Medicine. Since then I’ve been working as a vet in the UK. In January 2017 I did a course in veterinary dentistry as this is one of the areas I am particularly interested in, along with dermatology and ultrasonography. Back at home I have 3 wonderful Golden Retrievers - Artemida, Ahinora and Astra. My interests outside of work include photography, blogging and traveling.I am  currently on maternity leave.

I qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) in March 2016 after studying at The College of Animal Welfare. Prior to my Veterinary Nurse Training I completed a degree in Animal Management and shortly after undertook a course in Canine hydrotherapy as well as level 3 dog grooming qualification. I joined Vets4Pets Thurrock in March 2016 after leaving a very busy 24 hour veterinary practice, I enjoy getting to meet new clients and patients every day and have a soft spot for Rabbits & Guinea Pigs. At home I have a 4 rabbits and share ownership of a Labradoodle called Archie with my parents.

I qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in July 2016 and continued on to complete my BSc in Veterinary Nursing at the Royal Veterinary College in July 2017. Since qualifying I have worked as a locum nurse in many different veterinary practices across Essex and Hertfordshire to allow me flexibility whilst finishing my degree. I started at Thurrock Vets4Pets in October 2017 as a locum member of staff and have since joined the team permanently in November 2018. I love meeting new patients every day and enjoy building relationships with those who come in regularly, getting to know what they like and dislike. When I’m not working I enjoy spending time with my little boy and family, often going on walks to the local country park! At home I have rabbits and guinea pigs and am always trying out new ways to keep them entertained and encourage their natural behaviors.

I started at Vets4Pets Thurrock in June 2017 as a Veterinary Care Assistant. Before coming to this practice I had previously volunteered at another Vets4Pets which aided me in realising that this is the profession I wanted to go into. I had also spent two years at Writtle University College studying a Level 3 Animal Management Extended Diploma. I have always wanted to work with animals, specifically Nursing, and I am passionate about animal welfare and health. I am starting Veterinary Nursing at Writtle University College in September 2018 to pursue my dreams and become a Registered Veterinary Nurse. Although I am a dog lover at heart, in March 2018 I was able to hand rear a kitten, now named Marble from 4 weeks of age who I couldn't resist keeping after falling in love with him straight away. I am still hoping to get a dog or two in the future. Outside of work, my hobbies include, reading my favourite books and socialising with friends.

I am a vet by profession and have decided to pursue my career as a practice manager. I qualified as a vet in the year 2000 and since then worked as a vet for short duration in a small animal clinic and for 5 years in an equine hospital. I've completed my graduate certificate in business management and professional key skills in the year 2010 and I'm a certificate holder of European School of Veterinary Postgraduate Studies. I'm excited to be a part of the team at Vets4Pets Thurrock and looking forward to coming back to work after taking a long break to raise the kids. My favourite pet is a cat and outside work I'm interested in cooking, movies, music and spending time with my husband and kids.

I joined Vets4Pets as a part time receptionist in March 2015. I have never worked within in the veterinary industry before but I have a huge passion for animals and to work with animals of all varieties is an honour and a privilege. I love all animals but I have a special affection for Siamese and Oriental Cats. I got married in July 2018 and when I am not at work, I am mum to two wonderful teenage girls, who keep me very busy. We rescued an older cat from this Practice who came in for a dental and had no permanent home, so I took her home in time for Christmas which made my girls very happy. We called her Phoenix and they are very good with her, giving her her flea and worm treatment on a regular basis. I think it’s very valuable for children to learn the importance of animal welfare, and the responsibility of how to keep an animal happy and healthy.

I joined Vets4pets as a full time receptionist in April 2019. The animal industry is a big interest of mine and always has been since I was young. It’s truly fascinating seeing so many different animals on a day-to-day basis that each have their own personalities, just like humans. I’m currently doing an Animal Care Level 2 and Animal Behaviour Level 3 online course and aspire to learn and progress into becoming a veterinary nurse. I have a gorgeous cat named Samson and he’s the funniest cat you’ll ever meet! He’s a cheeky monkey, but what’s the point in having a pet if they’re not a little cheeky?
