I have always wanted to work with animals for as long as I can remember, with a passion for caring for animals and making them better since I was very little.
I have worked in the veterinary industry for the past 7 years and I have been a veterinary nurse for the past year and am looking into furthering my knowledge in rabbit husbandry.
I am very passionate about my job, although there are occasional sad points, it is so rewarding.   I see the animals both grow from being tiny to fully grown with their individual personalities, being able to advise owners as they grow.  I also find it so rewarding when you see animals recover from being poorly through the care we give as veterinary nurses.

I’ve recently joined the Thurrock practice on reception.  I have worked within the veterinary world for the past six years and I have loved meeting all the pets and their owners.

I have always loved animals and three little Bichon Frise dogs were a massive part of my life. After losing these three dogs to old age (one of my boys was almost 18 years old) I vowed never to have another dog.

I spent time pet sitting family and friends dogs and during lockdown of 2020, I fostered an abandoned puppy who was found dumped in a box with his litter mates. I saw him go from skinny and shy to this bounding full of life, healthy and happy puppy... I failed at fostering him and he became officially adopted three months later!!!
