Judith Archbold
Practice Owner and Veterinary Surgeon
B.Sc. MA.VetMB. GPcert. (EM+S). cert. AVP (gSAS). MRCVS

I have had a passion for animals since I was very young; and I’ve been working with them since 1993 and qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2000.
I have a particular interest in reptiles and own several species of them. At home I keep snakes, lizards, tarantulas and two Staffordshire Bull Terriers.
I also have a keen interest in dog psychology and behaviour. I enjoy training my own dogs and I am currently undertaking Search and Rescue training with my dog Vinnie.

I’m currently studying to become a registered veterinary nurse. I have wanted to be a nurse for as long as I can remember so working within a great team to help pets on a daily basis is a really satisfying job.
I don’t have any pets at the moment but due to living in the New Forest I do get occasional visits from donkeys; which is amazing. I have a keen interest in wildlife and conservation. On the weekends I spend time studying, reading, gardening or walking in the forest.

I have had a passion for animals since I was young. Starting with my first voluntary job at 15 years old: this set me off on my quest to become a registered veterinary nurse, which I am currently studying for, and enjoy very much. I previously went to Sparsholt College and gained a National Diploma in Animal Management. I have a range of pets including Shaya - a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Trixie - a German Shepherd Dog, Bagheera and Shelby - cats, and Coco and Cookie - Guinea pigs. I enjoy spending time with family and friend, swimming and training my GSD.

I work part-time as a client care advisor. Prior to working for Vets4Pets I worked in the Health Care Sector for over 20 years.
I am the proud owner of two dogs: a Leonberger called Ruby and a Chihuahua called Leila. In my spare time I work as a volunteer for Therapy Dogs Nationwide. Our Leonberger Ruby enjoys pulling carts and draught work, and takes part in lots of demonstrations throughout the summer months.
I love being part of such an amazing team. No two days are the same which makes it interesting. The best part of my job is meeting new people and their lovely pets.

I have worked as a client care advisor for the last two years, starting at New Milton and recently transferring here to Totton. Previously I worked in the dental industry but have always loved animals and when the opportunity came up to work in a veterinary surgery I very gladly took it!
I have my own lovely cat called Tilly, who adopted me when she came in as a stray and has made herself at home quite nicely.
I enjoy working in such a friendly team and seeing what each day brings as no day can ever be fully planned.

Photo and Bio to follow shortly ...
