We are open for essential care only
In line with government guidelines, we are only offering medically essential appointments, so please contact the practice team before travelling. Our opening hours may also vary, so please monitor our webpage to keep up to date with the latest information.
We are taking steps to help keep you and our colleagues safe:
- If you do need to visit, we ask that only one person per pet comes along, to help reduce the number of people in the waiting area at any one time.
- Social distancing is crucial at this time. When arriving, you may be required to call ahead and wait to be invited in by a member of our team. You will be informed if this is necessary when you call us to make your appointment.
- Once inside the practice, we ask that you please respect a two metre distance from our colleagues and other clients.
- We are only accepting card payments to help minimise contact between you and our colleagues.
- If you can’t visit the practice and are concerned about your pet’s health, please contact us to discuss available options.
We will continue to share regular updates here and on our Facebook page. We thank you for your patience at this time.
Meet the team
Hello, my name is Ioana, I have graduated as a Veterinary Surgeon in Iasi , Romania in 2015. I came to the UK straight after my graduation and I started work in the meat industry. It took me about 1 year to realise that the thing which suited me best was to work in a practice where I can be close and helpful for all our little friends and companions.
At home, in Romania I have lots of dogs and 3 cats, which are in my mother's care at the moment. I have a companion who lives with me at home named Demon, my little trouble maker rescued cat.
Hi, I'm Becky and I am one of the Student Veterinary Nurses at Walsall Reedswood. I have officially worked here since May 2016 but you may have seen me beforehand as I was previously here on work experience while carrying out my Level 2 Veterinary Care Assistant qualification.
I have a dog named Akai, five cats named Porsha, Jasper, Candy, Dexter and Eddie and I have a lionhead rabbit named Bonnie. I look forward to meeting you all and your pets.
Hi I'm Sophie. I am the Student Veterinary Nurse here at Vets4Pets, Reedswood. I joined the team in June 2015.
I have a great passion for animals and absolutely love my job. I have a Level 2 Veterinary Care Assistant qualification that I achieved in June 2017 and I am currently studying for my Level 3 Veterinary Nursing qualification at Rodbaston College. I am hoping to qualify as a Veterinary Nurse in 2020. I have a great interest in laboratory work and my passion is working with in-patients both critical and non-critical.
At home, I'm kept busy by my little girl and all of my pets! I have a Golden Retriever named Libby, a Ragdoll named Lottie, two guinea pigs named Oscar & Hanley and a chinchilla named Milo.
I look forward to meeting you all and your lovely pets!

Hi I'm Danielle. I joined the team in July 2015 as one of the Receptionists.
I am a Qualified VCA and have an Extended Diploma in Animal Management. In my studies, I have had the privilege of carrying out volunteer work in zoos, wildlife parks and in African wildlife conservation. I proudly support numerous UK animal charities and love seeing the positive impact that they can have for animals in need.
I love working here at Vets4Pets where I get to meet so many small animals and the people who care for them. I look forward to meeting you and your pet soon.
