I studied veterinary medicine in Hannover, Germany and in Bern, Switzerland and graduated in 1998. After finishing my doctoral thesis in Virology/Immunology at the University of Berne, I moved to the UK in 1999.

I have a strong interest in Veterinary Ophthalmology, obtained my RVC Certificate in Veterinary Ophthalmology in 2011, and I've worked at Rutland House Referrals, St. Helen's, Liverpool, as a referral ophthalmologist.

In my spare time I enjoy family life with my partner, two children, two cats Llio and Bennie and my two guinea pigs, Rossie and Pedro.

I'm also trying to master the Welsh language.

Victoria Hillier

I was born and grew up in Windsor, Berkshire and I have joined Vets4Pets from a retail and customer service focussed background. I have always had an interest in animals and their welfare and for two years I volunteered for a swan rescue charity in Eton which developed my passion for wild birds, in particular Owls and Swans.

I am very much enjoying my role as a receptionist although it can be challenging at times, I am broadening my knowledge of veterinary care and treatment day by day so I can give our clients the best possible advice and service.

I moved to North Wales in 2014 and I spend my spare time with my partner, walking and exploring the country and its hidden gems. We have three cats; Dibbs, Dicky and Lil'Did, we also have three goldfish; Chamaine, Ray and Bill.

I joined Vets4Pets from an animal welfare background.

I have 3 dogs all of which are rescued. Kim is a Welsh Border Collie, Daisy is a Labrador and Flo is a Saluki x Greyhound.

Obviously living in such a picturesque place as North Wales I do enjoy taking my dogs for long beach walks and around the breath taking lakes.

I thoroughly enjoy meeting all our new clients and chatting to them about their pets. With the knowledge and experience I have gained in the 26 years working in both Veterinary and Animal Welfare I can offer them advice and guidance.
