Vets4Pets Swansea

Meet the Swansea Vet team

Liz Blackwell M.A. B.Vet. Med MRCVS

Joint Venture Partner & Veterinary Surgeon

I qualified from Cambridge in 1989 and have spent 20 years in practice working in Wood Green Animal Shelters, Barry and Bridgend. In 1998 I became a partner at Swansea Vets4pets and we’ve built a great, well-established team here. I have many animals – dogs, cats, pigs, sheep, turkeys, guinea pigs, rabbits, ducks, chickens, ferrets, a hamsters, pigeons and peacocks- all pets because I’m a vegetarian! When I’m not in work I enjoy knitting, reading, sewing, gardening and Egyptology.

Our practice is known for being especially pigeon friendly, so if you know of a pigeon in need, give us a call!
