Originally from Romania, Alexandra's path to becoming a practice owner is a testament to her dedication and passion for veterinary medicine.

She qualified as a vet in Bucharest in 2012 and embarked on her UK career in 2017, settling now in Chippenham.

Alexandra's focused vision for the practice will see the team expand, led by her personal and compassionate approach, with the aim of ensuring that every pet and owner feels heard, valued and supported.

With over a decade of experience in veterinary care, Alexandra brings a wealth of expertise and a genuine love for her work. Her enthusiasm for the profession is evident in her daily interactions and her commitment to excellence.

When she is not in practice she likes spending time with her family: her husband, 12 year old son and Rosie, the Miniature Schnauzer, doing all sorts of activities together and exploring the world.

Stacey qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2011, and initially joined the Vets for Pets team in 2014. After taking a brief  break to locum in Veterinary Hospitals and Emergency Critical Care she rejoined the team in June 2022 - and is now our Head Veterinary Nurse and Practice Manager. 

She enjoys all aspects of nursing, but has a keen interest in radiography. At home she is kept busy supporting her sons’ hobbies, and walking her labrador Peggy.

Kaitlun joined the practice in September 2023. She enjoys all aspects of nursing, but has a keen interest in nursing the exotic patient.

At home, Kaitlun has two Labradors – Arlo and Koda, and two rabbits – Hazel and Oakley.

In her spare time she enjoys taking her dogs for long walks, which often includes a pit stop in a dog friendly café or pub!

In her spare time she enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family dog called Loki and troublesome puppy called Padfoot.

Pauline qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2016, and joined the Vets for Pets team in 2025. She has worked in a variety of practices, including out of hours, first opinion and orthopaedic referral. 
She enjoys all aspects of nursing but has a particular interest in anaesthesia and building client relationships during nursing consultations.
Having grown up on a dairy farm in a local village, she has always been surrounded by animals which aspired her to become a veterinary nurse. 
Outside of work she leads a very active lifestyle and can be found paddleboarding, hiking and travelling to new countries.

Mollie joined the practice as a Veterinary Care Assistant in June 2023, after spending 5 years working in the Pets at Home store. Mollie’s favourite animal is the Highland Cow, this stems from growing up on a dairy farm.

At home she is kept busy caring for her cats - Rosie, Roo and Rodney, her Rabbit - Chilli and her Border Collie Flick.

In her spare time Mollie enjoys attending live music concerts, and travelling.

Shakira joined the practice in November, 2025, after working for Vets Now Emergency for 3 years prior. 

Shakira has a keen interest for Rabbit and Animal Behaviour. She is known as the “crazy bunny lady” with 7 giant rescue rabbits, Smoosh, Honey, Bluebell, Cottontail, Miss Chungus, Dotty & Jasper.

In her spare time she enjoys Ice Skating, being outside with wildlife & spending her weekends away at the race circuits.

Julie joined the practice in 2020. She is an accredited receptionist after completing her Bronze, Silver and Gold training with the British Veterinary Receptionist Association. Julie has had many customer care roles during her career, but thrives in the Veterinary industry greeting our wonderful clients and their pets.

At home, Julie has a Border Collie – Flick, and three cats – Rodney, Roo and Rosie.

In her spare time Julie enjoys travelling, and attending live music concerts.

Jessica joined the Vet for Pets team in February 2025.

Jessica is the crazy girl with five Miniature Long Haired Dachshunds Stanley, Mildred, Ava, Bilberry and little Wilfred. At home she also has her big ginger boy – Frederick the cat, not forgetting the horses BB and Dolly.

In her spare time you will find Jessica horse riding, or competing in shows with her Dachshund tribe – she has even competed at Crufts!
