**Our cancellation and fail to attend policy**
We have been experiencing a large increase in clients failing to attend appointments over recent months. Each fail to attend means there is another patient who could have been seen sooner who needed our help. Our cancellation and fail to attend policy will come into effect for any new appointment bookings made after the 27th September. This means that you need to contact us before 7pm the day preceding your appointment if you wish to reschedule. Any appointments rescheduled or failed to attend after this time will incur the full consult fee charge. Thank you for your understanding
Safe collection of medication available
We are now able to offer safe collection of your pet’s medication and flea and worm preventative medications. Please contact us to find out more.
Meet the team

HI, I'm Gabriel (BL) and qualified in Barcelona in 2016. I have previously enjoyed working in mixed practice treating all creatures great and small before coming to Vets4Pets.
I love working here because I see a huge and varied caseload. I enjoy meeting and treating all of your feathered, scaly and fury friends and getting to know you, our valued clients.
I like to be involved in all aspects of veterinary medicine but have a special interest in surgery. I feel privileged to work with such caring, skilled and professional colleagues.
Outside of work, I enjoy climbing, socialising and taking walks in the beautiful English countryside.

Amelia qualified from Pretoria University in South Africa. She has previously worked in Johannesburg and London before moving to Somerset.
She lives with her husband and daughter just outside of Bath with two naughty cats Sugar and Eddie.

Niall graduated from Bristol University in 2022 and has been with the practice ever since. He has a strong interest in neurology, surgery and playing rugby at the weekends. If he isn't in consults, you may find him singing terribly to the radio in the back of the practice!

Hi, my name is Lisa. I'm the Head Nurse and Practice Manager at Bristol Imperial and have been qualified for over 14 years.
My work interest include emergency and critical care, nurse clinics, feline behaviour, exotics and puppy parties. I have achieved various certificates which I put to use in the day to day running of the practice as we are lucky enough to see lots of different species of pets and have a varied caseload.
In my free time I enjoy meeting with family and friends, gardening, sewing and dancing. I have 2 cats, a tortoise and hamsters.

Hi there, my name is Sophie. I enjoy working here at Bristol Imperial Vets4Pets because it is full of very interesting cases and opportunities to expand my clinical repertoire. I work with a team of highly qualified and professional vets and nurses who along with our lovely care assistant and receptionists do all they can to ensure we provide nothing but gold standard care for every patient who walks through our doors.
I have a huge soft spot for Bunnies and Lizards. At home I have three bunnies called Eeyore, Piglet and Roo who are my furbabies. Truth be known, I love all animals and this is why the career I have chosen for myself is perfect.
In my spare time I like to socialise, walking and being around my pets.

Chloe Aldridge
Veterinary Nurse
RVN

I started my animal career in 2008 completing a level 3 distinction diploma in animal management. In 2010 I went on and achieved a BSc National Diploma in animal behaviour and Welfare and in 2014 I completed my dog grooming course. I then began my working within Vets4Pets on August 2021.
I have always been around animals since a very young age and I believe this is what inspired me to pursue my dream of working within the animal industry. At present I have 3 Cocker spaniels which I adore as they all have individual characteristics and keep me on my toes, along with 4 Road Island red chickens that live in their own wendy house called Cluckingham Palace.
I have loved all the new challenges and opportunities that the practice has provided and I have loved getting to know all the friendly clients and their pets.

Kate is one of our student Veterinary Nurses and joined us late last year. In terms of nursing, she particularly enjoys anaesthesia and inpatient care.
At home she has a little cat called Sophie and a Labrador called Lola. In her spare time, Kate enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.

Hi there. I'm one of the Partners here at Bristol Imperial and have been running/managing vet practice now for almost 15 years.
What I love about the team here at Vets4Pets Bristol Imperial is that we really do pull together like a family unit. We all share the same passion for doing the very best for every patient and client who walks through our doors. Our exceptional teams will handle advanced and complex soft tissue/orthopaedic surgeries and intensive medical patients with the same passion as they will when they meet a brand new puppy or kitten coming in for it's routine vaccinations.
I simply could not be more proud of the team we have here - I know with confidence that every pet, be it with feathers, fur or scales will be treated with the same amount of care as if it were our own.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching my two lovely daughters grow up in front of my eyes and looking after our 3 dogs, 2 goats, countless chickens/ducks/geese/quails, rabbits, cat etc.

I started at Vets4Pets on reception when they first opened four years ago. From our very first client, to our latest ones - I love meeting the variety of animals that come and visit. At Vets4Pets, we treat every animal that comes through our doors as we would our own and I'm always happy to provide cuddles and treats to make your pets as positive as possible.
I am our longest serving member of the team and takes a huge role in looking after everyone. I enjoy walking with my two dogs Marley and Albie and trying out new walks and spending weekends away with the family. I enjoy reading and spending time in the garden.

Hi!
I'm Rhianna and I have been a veterinary receptionist for 8 years, 2 years of that here at Bristol Imperial Vets4Pets. I am a bronze accredited receptionist and have a certificate for compentant veterinary dispensing which I gained through the BVRA. I also process the insurance claims here at Bristol Imperial. I enjoy all aspects of my role here, but my favourite part has to be getting to know our clients and their fur babies!
In my psare time, I am an avid actress, having done amateur dramatics for 20 years! I also enjoy anything to do with painting - when I am not tied up at home with my own fur child Tabby the cat.

Hello! My name is Emma and I am one of the receptionists here at Bristol Imperial Vets4Pets. I joined here in August 2021 after spending nearly 30 years in the hospitality industry. I am in charge of all things care plan here at Bristol Imperial. I enjoy all aspects of my role here but my favourite part is meeting all our clients and see the range of animals brought in each day especially the babies.
In my spare time I enjoy cooking, spending time in the outdoors with my five dogs – ranging from a Border Collie to 3 Chihuahuas and a street dog I rescued from Romania. Finally most weekends I am usually supporting my daughter show jumping with our horse Dolly.
