Meet the team

My name is Jessica and I am a student veterinary nurse. I have been in practice for a year and a half, I really enjoy learning new things whilst on the job and every day is different!
My biggest passion has always been animals. I have always wanted to pursue a career in nursing as it is so rewarding. The best part of the job is definitely getting to cuddle all the pets when they visit us.
During my free time I like to spend time with family and friends as well as my own furries. My own furry family consists of 3 dogs and a house rabbit called Bun-Bun!
I'm really excited to continue my training and become a Registered Veterinary Nurse!

Frankie Harper
Practice Manager and RVN

I am currently a student nurse in my second year of training meaning I have just one year left until I am qualified. I am still learning about my interests and specialties however I have a lot of passion for delivering Nurse Consultations and working with owners to build a healthy life for their pets. My favourite nurse clinics are nutrition clinics where I can spend time figuring out the best plan for that animal, and then seeing them over the months achieving their goals with my help.
I also have a lot of interest in hospital and inpatient care, delivering medication and nursing treatment to critically ill animals. My favourite animals to care for are any exotic animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs, birds and reptiles – I think they are so diverse and so interesting to look after and I enjoy helping their owners understand more about their pet, whether that is diet, housing or socialisation.
In my free time I enjoy gardening/ looking after my indoor plant collection, crochet, playing video games, going to the gym, and researching how I can improve the way I work. I really do live for my job.
I have a tortoise at home, Bruce, who I feed all home-grown plants and I am always looking for ways to improve his life. I also have a kitten, Nico, who makes me laugh with his kitten antics, and always wants a cuddle when I come home from work. I am so glad and lucky to be working in a field of work that I am so passionate about.

My name is Jane and I'm the Financial Administrator for the practice. I have worked in different practices for Vets4Pets since 2013, always in the reception area.
At home I have 5 cats of my own, plus I also run a very busy cat rescue too, as well as TNRing any local feral cat colonies in the area, to keep the cat population under control.
I'm also a season ticket holder for Leicester City.

Hi, I’m Cerise and I am one of our Client Care Advisors. I have always had a passion for animals and I always had my heart set on working in animal care. I am currently pursuing a VCA course here at the practice, so I’m lucky enough to get extra pet cuddles when I’m working in the back!
Outside of Vets4Pets I have another job at a theatre, which allows me to watch a lot of shows and music artists, I am a huge Lewis Capaldi fan so really looking forward to seeing him live this year!

My name is Charlotte and I am one of the Client Care Advisors at our Practice. I have worked here for about 4 years and I love that every day is different, the best part of the job is obviously meeting and cuddling all the cute pets though.
When I'm not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family and taking my little boy to the farm or zoo - he loves animals too!

Hi, my name is Steph, I am new to the veterinary field but have always worked with animals, mainly dogs. I have my own dog grooming business, and I'm very passionate about animals.
I have a 5yr old German Shepherd called May, and soon hope to get another puppy which will be my third shepherd.
In my spare time I enjoy taking May to new places and socializing with friends and family.
