Norwich Hall Road Vets4Pets

Stephan first joined Vets4Pets Norwich Hall Road in March 2009.

He graduated from the Veterinary Faculty of Pisa in Italy in 1998. He previously worked for a few months in Italy and then the Blue Cross for 5 years. After this he worked in private practice and locumed – including for Companion Care.  

Stephan's clinical areas of interest include all aspects of surgery and emergency care. he has a particular love for orthopaedic surgery.

In his spare time he enjoys fishing and travelling.

Lina first joined Vets4Pets Hall Road in October 2022. She graduated from Nottingham University in 2015 and worked in small animal practice for many years in Scotland before joining the Hall Road team.

Lina's clinical passions are internal medicine and surgery. She thrives on creating positive relationships with her clients which enable her to support their pets better.

She loves feeling part of the Vets4Pets family and getting to know the clients and their lovely pets.  She feels her team are very caring and nurturing.

In her private time, Lina loves spending time with her family and friends, dancing and reading.  She has two lovely and energetic cockapoos and one equally energetic young son.

Melissa first joined Vets4Pets Hall Road in August 2022 after graduating from the Royal Veterinary College in 2022. She also completed 6 years study in Animal Behaviour, Welfare and Ethics. Melissa came to Vets4Pets on placement through her studies where she made friends and then eventually joined the team on a permanent basis.

She enjoys all aspects of small animal practice, particularly emergency medicine. She is currently working through her Emergency and Critical Care Certificate. 

In her private time, Melissa loves spending time with her Cavapoo Zelda, cat Tiggy and rabbit Teddy.   She also loves dog walking, musical theatre and travelling 

Nora first joined Vets4Pets Hall Road in March 2024 after graduating from Hungary University.  Nora took the huge jump moving from her home town in Norway to coming to the UK to work. 

She loves all aspects of job and has special interests in Internal Medicine. She loves the team she works with at Hall Road and is very happy. 

In her private time, Nora loves spending time being active with her Shetland Sheepdog, Munin and Pomeranian, Biscuit. 

Mat first joined Vets4Pets Norwich Hall Road in April 2024 after graduating from University in February 2023.

He particularly enjoys working with rodents, exotics and cats.  Mat's clinical areas of interest are ophthalmology, ultrasound and internal medicine. 

In his private time, Mat enjoys playing video games, bouldering, going for walks to nature areas and learning different languages. 

Mat and his partner also have a cat who gets lots of regular cuddles!

Max first joined Vets4Pets Norwich Hall Road in October 2025 after graduating from Liverpool University in 2025.

He trained at several Vets4Pets surgeries during his training and always loved the teams he worked with.  He found them to be very supportive with their Graduate Training Schemes.  

Max loves all aspects of clinical work but has a particular love for cardiology, internal medicine and imaging.  He loves spending time building a positive rapport with his clients.

In his own time Max loves bouldering, baking, cycling and board games. 

Max loves cats, he has 2 cats, Gynny and Leia, at home that run his life : )

Richard first joined Vets4Pets Norwich Hall Road in November 2011.

He qualified from Royal Veterinary College in 2009 with a degree in Veterinary Nursing and worked in a couple of practices before joining the Hall Road team.

Richard loves the team he works with, he thinks they are an amazing group of people who work hard and make the day enjoyable and fun as well as being supportive through challenging times.

His favourite clinical areas are theatre and radiology and loves the challenge of getting great diagnostic images.

In his private time, Richard enjoys computer games, reading Terry Pratchett books and singing along to his playlists. 

At home he has Sparx a DSH he rescued and Ember a Main Coon who he loves playing with and having cuddles. 

Millie first joined Vets4Pets Hall Road in September 2021 after previously working for 4 years in a Toy Store and studying animal management.  She also did some work experience during this time in a kennels.  She has always wanted to work in the veterinary world. 

She started working for us as a receptionist and later moved into a Veterinary Care Assistant role.  More recently she has been working through her studies to become a Registered Veterinary Nurse. She loves working with animals, particularly sighthounds, and would not change it for the world.

Her favourite clinical areas include kennels, in-patient care and recovering patients after their surgical procedures.  She also loves surgery.

In her private time, Millie loves going to live music events and cooking.

She also loves walking her dog Wesley, the Whippet x Saluki, and cuddling with Wilba her cat.

Alice first joined Vets4Pets Norwich Hall Road in September 2021.

She started out her animal care journey by studying animal management at Easton College before going on to achieve a degree in Veterinary Nursing at Middlesex University. She qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2022 and have worked at Vets4Pets ever since.  

I have one cat called Desiree and is the practice's Cat Friendly Advocate.

Alice's clinical areas of interest cover consultations, anaesthesia and patient care.

Whilst enjoying all aspects of the job Alice does have a soft spot for the more difficult to handle patients, and tries to make their experience at the vets as comfortable as possible.

In her private time, Alice enjoys computer gaming and creative writing. 

Immy first joined Vets4Pets Hall Road in May 2022 after working in rescue centres and on reception. She came to us with a desire to learn more about animal health and welfare. 

She loves working with the rodents that come into our clinic, nothing beats a good rat cuddle!

Immy works hard to make clients and their pets final moments as beautiful as possible, supporting them through this difficult time.

In her private time, Immy loves spending time with her Dachshunds, Ronnie and Sid, and Russian Hamster, Sir Bugglez, and Syrian Hamster, Rambo. She also loves hiking, painting animal portraits and cross stitch.

Laura first joined Vets4Pets Norwich Hall Road in October 2023.

She qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in April 2009 following her childhood dream to work with animals. She has many years clinical experience before coming to work at Hall Road.

Laura enjoys all aspects of Veterinary Nursing especially patient care and nurse consultations. 

She finds her job very rewarding and feels very grateful to work with such an amazing team.

In her private time, Laura enjoys dog walking, camping, socialising and most importantly spending time raising her young family. 

Amelia first joined Vets4Pets Norwich Hall Road in March 2024 after qualifying as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2018 from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge.

She moved to Norfolk from Essex in early 2024.

Amelia has always had a love for animals and wanted to make a difference which is why she chose to train as a Registered Veterinary Nurse. She feels grateful that she could turn her passion into a career. 

Amelia's clinical passion is working in theatre, diagnostics and performing client consultations. She particularly loves working with cats. 

In her private time she likes to read, scrap booking, visit local areas of nature and spend time with friends and family.

Amelia has 3 cats at home: Susie (lilac DSH), Leo ( tabby and white DSH) and Mabel (black DSH). 

Jess first started working for Vets4Pets Norwich Hall Road in May 2024 after working in customer service for about 6 years and at an animal rescue sanctuary for 4 years. 

She came to work for Vets4Pets to learn more about how to look after and support animals and their every day needs.

She loves the team she works with, they helped her settle in really quickly. 

Jess love everything about being a Veterinary Care Assistant especially getting cuddles with the kittens and puppies! She hopes one day to become an RVN.

In her private time, Jess loves to take her dog Ozzy on many adventures and loves bouldering. 

Bec first joined Vets4Pets Norwich Hall Road in May 2026. She qualified in 2015 from the College of West Anglia and in 2018 also became a clinical coach supporting and training student nurses. 

Becs loves working for Vets4Pets as she believes they strive to offer great standards of care and promote positive working environments.

Her clinical passion lies in Laboratory work such as parasitology and cytology.  She also loves Imaging and In-Patient care. 

In her private time, Becs loves natures walks and volunteers for the local Cats Protection League. 

She has 2 busy Springer Spaniels, Bee and Fergus and a rescue cat called Pixel.  

Jeni first joined Vets4Pets Hall Road when the surgery first opened in March 2009 as Head Nurse.

She qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2002 from Moulton College in Dorset and has worked at a variety of small animal clinics and hospitals throughout the UK gaining lots of experience. She absolutely loves her job! She particularly loves imaging and emergency medicine.

In 2020 Jeni took on the practice management role at Hall Road and later our Longwater as well. 

She loves her teams and works hard alongside them to improve the services that we offer.

In her spare time she like to swim, socialise and go to the theatre.

Emma has been working for Vets4Pets Norwich Hall Road since August 2020. 

She started her working life as a waitress and then moved into retail where she eventually became assistant manager.  She also later started her own business as a photographer which she continued for over 6 years.

After working for a few years as a receptionist at Vets4Pets Emma finally achieved  her dream of being Head Receptionist.

Emma loves her team at Hall Road and is very proud of the customer service they provide.  

In her private time Emma loves going to music events, theme parks and watching her daughters play football. She also loves going for long walks with her Labrador Olive. 

The family also have 4 cats, Timmy, Lucky, Rocky and Marley, 2 guinea-pigs Darwin and Rupert and some fish.

Donna has been working at Vets4Pets Norwich Hall Road since March 2021.

Prior to working for Vets4Pets Donna was a dental nurse for over 12 years.

Coming from a clinical background enabled her to transfer multiple skills she had learnt into her new found passion as a receptionist. Donna loves animals and is passionate about their wellbeing. She loves working for Vets4Pets and appreciates their flexible working hours and support for good family/work life balance. 

Donna has a particular love for building positive rapports with clients to build trust between them and our surgery. She also loves being able to give lots of cuddles and attention to those visiting, sometimes in the form of lovely dog treats!

In her private time, Donna loves spending time on the beach, going for costal walks and badminton.  She also loves spending time with her family. 

When she is not working she loves to walk her Siberian Husky Winter.  

Ookami's name actually means wolf in Japanese.  He is 9 years old and a German Shepherd x Husky.  

Natalie first joined Vets4Pets Norwich Hall Road in September 2021 working as a receptionist. 

She came to us with over 35 years of customer care service working with Marks and Spencers after deciding it was time for a change and knowing how much she loved animals.

Natalie loves the team she works with. She loves meeting and chatting to clients and making a fuss of their pets.  She loves watching as they grow and seeing how they changes as they come to visit the surgery each year for their annual health checks.

In her private time, Natalie loves travelling, weekends away, listening to audio books, gardening and socialising with friends and family.

She loves going for walks with her beloved Romanian Rescue dog, Fenton, and her husband. 

Laura first joined Vets4Pets Hall Road in October 2021 after having worked in the travel industry and working as a holiday rep whilst living in Spain. 

Things changed during Covid times and Laura looked for a new challenge and had always remembered how lovely the team at Hall Road was when she brought her own pets in.  She loves providing great Customer Service and strives to make the client experience a positive one even in difficult times.

LLaura is not only a Senior Receptionist but she also handles the Insurance claims and queries for the practice. 

In her private time, Laura loves to run, and explore the Norfolk coast and pubs with her partner.

She also has a wonderful Lhasa Apso called Luna who keeps her very busy. 

Louise first joined Vets4Pets Hall Road in March 2023. 

Prior to working for us Louise worked in an accounting firm for over 10 years and as a Dental Assistant for 10 years in the USA. 

She chose to work for Vets4Pets due to her love of animals. 

Louise loves being able to form strong bonds with our clients and her fellow co-workers.

In her private time, Louise plays pickleball and spending time walking with her little dog Honey.  She also has a cat, Oreo, a rabbit, Rooney, and 4 guinea pigs.

Tori first started working at Vets4Pets Hall Road in April 2024 and loves every second of it.  She has come from a customer care focused working background working GP surgeries and in Hotels. 

Tori loves reception work, supporting the public and having some medical background knowledge makes things very interesting for her. Getting to spend time with our clients pets is an added bonus. 

Tori loves her team and feels everyone gets on really well together.

In her private time, Tori enjoys going to the gym and socialising with her friends and family. She also loves spending time with her cat Prince. 

I am a mum of 2 and my hobbies outside of work include visits to the beach, watching sports and anything food related!  Oh and I love my music. 

Naomi first joined Vets4Pets Hall Road in August 2024. 

Previously she worked for the NHS and as a health visitor and nurse. 

Naomi has a keen interest in pets and their welfare which is why she came to join us at Vets4Pets. 

Naomi loves helping customers on a daily basis or in emergency situations and prides herself on offering high standards of customer care. 

In her private time, Naomi loves baking, reading, cars, motorbikes, shopping, gardening and crime documentaries.   She also loves spending time with her Norfolk Terriers, Harley and Simba, Cairn Terrier Xena, Jack Russell Terrier Alice and cats Loki, Fred and Flo. 

Alicia first started working for Vets4Pets Norwich Hall Road in April 2026. 

Prior to Vets4Pets Alicia worked in multiple roles in restaurants and customer care. She always wanted to work with animals and was over the moon when the right position came up for her. 

Seeing all the pets coming in to visit from the start of their lives and through them just makes her day better. 

In her private time, Alicia loves listening to music and going out and enjoying the sunshine.

She has a tuxedo cat called Pep who is known for being very cheeky.

Hannah first joined Vets4Pets Norwich Hall Road in April 2025. 

She has over 30 years experience in secretarial and administrative positions. 

Hannah realised that with her love for animals working for Vets4Pets was the perfect place for her to be able to support those she loves so much, and support their owners.

Hannah has enjoyed her new challenge and loves the puppy cuddles she is able to steal whilst working on reception. She finds value in supporting families during their final moments with their beloved pets' and works hard to make these moments as bearable as possible. 

Outside of work Hannah enjoys motorbiking, reading, swimming and American crime TV.

She loves spending time with her beloved pets' Princess (Jack-chi) , Merlin (Chihuahua), Artie (Chihuahua) and Diesel (Slinky black cat)
