Meet the team

I graduated from Edinburgh University in 1977. Since then I have worked in small animal practice - mainly in Birmingham and Northern Ireland. I live just outside of Bromsgrove and have a dog - Nero and two cats - Peggy and Frank

I graduated from Nottingham University in 2013 and started my career working in mixed practice, with all sorts of animals from Hamsters to Horses, and even more exotic species at West Midlands Safari Park. I know enjoying working in small animal practices and have a keen interest in internal medicine and soft tissue surgery. I am currently working through my certificate in Small Animal Medicine which I plan to finish once I am less distracted by my young son, Harry. In my spare time I enjoy walks with our two spaniels, swimming, and new adventures with Harry.

I have been working in practice since 2001 and I qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in 2007.
I am a qualified assessor and trained clinical coach, which means I work alongside the student Nurses helping them with their training.
I enjoy all aspects of nursing and have a certificate in Feline and Canine Nutrition.
At home I have a rabbit and a scruffy terrier cross.

I started as a kennel assistant in 2009 at my previous practice, starting my Student Nurse training the following year. I completed my training and qualified as an RVN at the beginning of 2014. I love working with animals of all shapes and sizes. I have two rabbits Loki and Thor and a Thoroughbred called Maxi, therefore I spend most of my spare time at the yard riding and doing horsey chores.

I joined Vets4Pets on its opening in April of 2015. My previous job was a kennels and cattery working with boarding pets and rescue dogs and cats, which I did for two years. I have a National Diploma in Animal Management and have recently qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in early 2021.
Currently at home I have a two rescue crossbreed dogs one called Connie, and one called Cooper, who likes to work with me at the practice.

I joined Vets4Pets Bromsgrove in 2018 after completing my Bachelors of Science in Animal Behaviour and Welfare.
I went on to complete my Veterinary Care Assistant training in 2020, and am hoping to start my Veterinary Nursing this year.
At home I have my Cavalier Teddy and my two cats Magic and Phoenix.

My name is Sammie and I am one of the nurses here at Vets4Pets Bromsgrove. I have a Diploma in both advanced veterinary nursing and higher education, as well as being a certified feline nurse. I have a passion for anaesthesia and medical nursing, and although I love all animals, cats, rabbits and guinea pigs are my fave!

Before Joining Vets4Pets Bromsgrove in September 2020 I spent the last 11 years operating in the HR Sector as a Business Partner. I am thoroughly enjoying meeting all of your wonderful pets, and this has influenced me to grow our furry family back home, where we have Phillip the Miniature Dachshund, Uncle Bernie, Mr Business and Bear our 3 cats, and Albert our Red Eyed Tree Frog.

I joined Vets4Pets Bromsgrove in June 2021, after working for pets at home for four years. I'm really enjoying my new role and meeting all of your lovely pets!
At home I have a young border collie named Luna, and tabby cat named Nala and a roborovski dwarf hamster named Star.
Vets4Pets Bromsgrove is committed to bringing you affordable, high quality care via a modern, well equipped practice, including a lab, pharmacy, digital x-ray and ultrasound. Plus, on site car parking too!
The friendly team can't wait to meet all of their new clients!
