Meet the team
I graduated in India in 1998 and worked for a UK based charity for a few years. I came to the UK in 2006 and gained my RCVS qualification. I have since worked as a small animal vet in Devon, London and Australia. In 2011 Annemiek & I moved back to the UK and settled down. I joined the Companion Care surgery in Park Gate and Vets4Pets two years later. When the opportunity came along to open our own surgery very close to home we set up the practice in New Milton. As a vet I have a special interest in dentistry and orthopaedic surgery. Outside work our twins keep me on my toes and we have a cat called Tommy. I enjoy reading, music and a bit of (recreational) football.
I am originally from a small town in The Netherlands and have wanted to be a vet for as long as I can remember! I feel very privileged having been able to pursue my childhood dream to become a vet and to look after your furry friends. After graduating in 2004 I started out as a vet in mixed practice. I now solely concentrate on small animals and have a special interest in internal medicine, soft tissue surgery and cardiology. Kevin and I Joined Vets4Pets in 2013 and set up the New Milton surgery in 2016. We twins called Oliver and Flynn, and a rescue cat called Tommy. They keep us busy outside work and whatever time is left I spend enjoying the great outdoors, pottering in the garden and spending time with friends.

RVN
I started in the vet business as a veterinary care assistant and soon decided to pursue vet nursing.
Outside of work I care for my cat who i adore! I enjoy arts and crafts, swimming and muddy walks in the forest.
I have a great love for animals and joined Vets4Pets New Milton in 2021. I love working within the veterinary environment and meeting all the pets and their owners.
In my spare time I enjoy walks with my dog Biff, cuddles with my cat Lucy! Horse riding and fishing are my hobbies.
I have always loved working with animals, having done 9 years working for the RSPCA and 1.5 years at SCVS I am now pleased to be working for Vets4Pets. I also have a National Diploma in Animal Management. When I am not at working I enjoy walking my 2 dogs and spending time with my family.
With a mixed background of animal care diplomas and a degree in Audiology, I have a special interest in all types of animals and ears!! Alongside enjoying working at Vets4Pets, I own an educational animal science display & animal assisted therapy business.
Along with my husband, we keep a large variety of creatures from avian, reptile, amphibian & invertebrates, plus our three gorgeous ponies and three fun poodles ‘Milo, Saffron & Quest’!
In my occasional spare time, I love to spend time with the animals, dog training, flyball, scent work, playing music, camping, photography & socialising with friends.
I have been working at Vet4pets New Milton since December 2019 as a Receptionist and love meeting all the pets and their owners.
In my spare time I love spending time with my Jack Russell Nelson, my chickens and my four very naughty Pygmy goats.
I have been working here at Vets 4 Pets for almost four years now and love being part of such a friendly passionate team. I've had lots of pets over the years and they've always been strays/rescues looking for a loving home. Recently I have adopted two elderly sweet Chihuahua's and look forward to spending time with them at home.
I have spent the last 23 years working within the horse industry, whilst owning my own horse Roley. In 2021 the opportunity arose to join Vets 4 Pets and haven't looked back since. I love meeting all the lovely owners and their pets.
I spend my free time walking my dog Max on the forest.
I've been working at Vets4Pets since October 2022 after finally escaping the corporate world. From a child I have always loved being with animals and I most enjoy making the pets who visit us feel as safe and happy as possible.
When not at work I enjoy spending time with my 3 dogs, Hazel Grace, Freya Rose and Maisie Mottle, my 5 horses, my 2 rescue guinea pigs and my leopard Gecko.
Having been passionate about animals my entire life I joined Vets4Pets in New Milton in 2023. I enjoy providing a great service to our customers and their pets and try to ease any nerves that they may have when they visit. At home I love spending time with our five dogs, two guinea pigs and our rescue parrot Buddy.
Vets4Pets New Milton is committed to bringing you affordable, high quality care via a modern, well equipped practice, including a lab, pharmacy, digital x-ray and ultrasound.
The friendly team can't wait to meet all of their new clients!
