Meet the team
I qualified from the University of Cordoba in Spain (close to where I was born) in 2018 and have been working in the UK since then. I enjoy very much working with animals and my favourite areas are surgery & exotic medicine. Within exotics my favourite area is birds and I love parrots the most.
I have a dog called Maisha who is a crossbreed rescue that I have had since she was 2months old, she is very cute but naughty! I also have a lovebird called Gnochi – his favourite thing is sitting on top of my head!
Amber joined Vets4Pets Sydenham in October 2016. Before working here, she previously worked for a vets in Bromley for 2 years and has had experience working at rescue centres. She is passionate about nursing and is currently working towards gaining a veterinary nurse qualification.
Amber has 2 cats (Dexter and Lilly), a tortoise (Tilly) and tropical fish. In her spare time she is a keen swimmer, enjoys spending time with her friends and family, reading, walking and listening to music
Lucy is a student veterinary nurse and joined Vets4pets Sydenham in March 2018.
Before joining us she worked with a huge range of animals; from sheep during lambing season to reptiles in a pet shop and wolves at a conservation centre.
At home she has 2 very different cats, a 10kg maine coon and a very cheeky 3kg moggie!
When she is not working she enjoys horse riding, going to the gym and bouldering.
