If you would like to join us on our new adventure and pre-register your pet(s) at our exciting new practice at Bar Hill, please provide us with your details below. 

For our clients who are currently registered with us at Cambridge Barnwell Road, your pet’s records will be automatically transferred to our new practice. Should you wish to remain in the city centre, please let us know by completing the below form and ticking the box to say you would like to transfer to our Cambridge Beehive practice.

For our Cambridge Beehive clients who wish to transfer their pet’s care to our new Bar Hill practice, please let us know by completing the form below, remembering to select that you are currently registered at Cambridge Beehive.
