Meet the team
Hi, I'm Gillian and I am one of the veterinary surgeons at Rawtenstall Vets4Pets. I graduated in 1999 and have chosen to spend the majority of my career in small animal practice. I still enjoy the job I dreamed of doing when I was 10 years old, and I consider myself very lucky to be trusted to care for all your furry family members.
Hello
I have over 10 years plus as a Vet Nurse and I could not see myself doing anything else, I have 2 Ragdoll cats and 2 children
I like spending time with the family on day trips out
I'm a student nurse here at Rawtenstall vets4pets, you will find me cuddling all your pets or singing and dancing away.
I love all creatures great and small, I have got plenty of animals enough to fill a zoo! I am particularly fond of one very special boy my prince Chester the spoilt Cockerpoo!
I am hoping to develop my career into further afield and qualify in exotic nursing one day and hopefully work in conservation abroad.
When I am not in practice I spend plenty of time attending zoo's, farms, and Horse riding, as you can tell I spend every moment I can with animals, they are my world
Hello
From the early age when people ask “what do you want to be when you’re older” I have always said I’ve wanted to work with animals. I’ve worked towards being a vet nurse ever since I can remember. I’ve been at Rawtenstall since mid 2023 and have previously worked at another Vets4Pets branch since 2019. I love being able to care for others pets and working with the rest of the team to provide the best care. I’m enthusiastic about what I do and in my spare time I like to read and expand my knowledge. At home I have 4 crazy cats called Bagpuss, Walter, Mitten and Skyler along with a chihuahua named Kurt and Labrador named Gustavo and they all have such different personalities. I enjoy a challenge and like to go on hikes or stay at home doing puzzles.
Hello
I'm a newly qualified Vet Nurse, I have 4 rescue cats Pedro, Chico, Donny and Mila as well as a chameleon, tortoise, rabbits and a Labradoodle called Coco.
I spend my weekends with my animals or going out on day trips with my family
Hi
I started my journey in 2018 as a Vet Nurse and did most of my training in Shropshire, I started here at Rawtenstall in October 2022 and Qualified in February. I have a passion for exotic animals, the wilder the better!
I have a mini zoo at home with 2 dogs,4 cats and 2 rabbits. Outside of work I love archery and making little felted animals.
I cant wait to see your pets in the future
Madiha
Registered Vet Nurse
I’ve lived in Rossendale for 18 years. I’ve worked in an administrative role for more years than I’m prepared to admit but working with animals has always been my dream. I was lucky enough to be offered a role at Vets4Pets in 2018 and I really enjoy it.
Until recently our animal family consisted of two older cats, Rug and Sumo, we now have the addition of our kitten Cilla, who has destroyed most of our wallpaper but is cute enough to get away with it!! I’m still working on my husband for a dog.
I have worked at Rawtenstall Vets4Pets as part of the front of house team since October 2021. I previously worked in an administrative role for many years within the NHS. Working with animals has always been a dream of mine so when I was offered a role at Vets4Pets Rawtenstall I was really happy.
I have a 3 year old Rottweiler named Kylo who I absolutely adore. He is a gentle giant and is spoilt to the core. He comes everywhere with me & I love our adventures together!
I have joined the team here at Rawtenstall in 2023, which is an exciting opportunity. I have worked with Pets at Home for 10 years as a dog grooming manager, caring for all aspects of grooming, training and customer support.
I have a pug x named Clifford who is 11 years old and a cat named Winston who is a rescue from Bleak holt Animal Sanctuary
I have an amazing family, my husband Lee who works at Wigan football club, my son who is 3 years old and my eldest son who is in the army.
I love animals, my family and my career and caring for pets and customers, feel free to come grab me for a chat :)
Hello
I've worked at Vets4Pets Rawtenstall since October 2023 after previously working as a Dog Grooming Stylist for The Groom Room for 6 years. I have always loved working with animals but after having my little boy I couldn't continue with grooming, so when this opportunity came up at Vets4Pets it was perfect.
I have a tiny Pomeranian called Louis who is very cute and he knows it. When I'm not at the practice you can find me attempting to entertain/running around after an unruly toddler.I started with vets4pets in April and love this career, the clients i see and all the pets, not one day is the same.
I have a Westie cross and he's an old man now, his name is Chico he loves his walks and snuggles
I started here in may 2024 my background is in dog grooming.
I love working here everyday is different and i love helping the clients
